1

Set the Zoom trigger as “New meeting registrant”

Add the Zoom trigger to initiate your playbook's actions for new Zoom meeting registrants.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "New meeting registrant" trigger option from the dropdown menu under Zoom. It will enable your playbook to automatically identify new meeting registrant and trigger necessary actions.

If you still need to connect your Zoom account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the “Get or create contact” step in HubSpot

Integrate the HubSpot automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new contact in HubSpot for new Zoom meeting registrants.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Get or create contact" automation for HubSpot and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your HubSpot account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your HubSpot account.

3

Activate your playbook

Activating your playbook is the last step in the process. Once you turn it on, it will automatically get or create HubSpot contacts for new Zoom meeting registrants without requiring manual intervention.

To activate your playbook, click the toggle button at the header. Before activating, we recommend performing a test run of your playbook to ensure all the steps work seamlessly together.
