How to create a new event in Google Calendar for a new upcoming event on Calendly

After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.

To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Event upcoming" under Calendly. Then, select details like event type and start run at. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect the new upcoming event in Calendly and initiate necessary actions.

Integrate the Google Calendar automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new event in Google Calendar for a new upcoming event in Calendly.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create event" automation for Google Calendar and input the mandatory and relevant details.
