1

Add the Zoom "Meeting created" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Meeting created" under Zoom. Then, select the relevant details. This trigger will automatically detect all the new meetings created in Zoom to create a new task in Asana.

If this is your first time using a Zoom integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Zoom account.

2

Add the Asana "Create task" automation

Integrate the Asana automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new task in Asana for every new meeting created in Zoom. Add a new step and select "Create task" from the list of Asana automations.

Connect Asana to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Zoom to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating a new task in Asana for every new meeting created in Zoom. Once turned on, it will respond to the newly scheduled meeting in Zoom by creating a new task in Asana without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
