Create your playbook and set the Pipedrive trigger as "Deal stage changes"

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Deal stage changed" under Pipedrive. Then, add the stage. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect when the deal stage in Pipedrive is changed to the specified stage and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Add the "Send email" in Gmail automation

Integrate the Gmail automation into your playbook to ensure that the email notification is promptly sent via Gmail whenever the Pipedrive deal stage is changed.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Send email" automation for Gmail and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Gmail account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Gmail account.

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the sending of email notifications via Gmail. Once turned on, it will respond to Pipedrive deal stage changes to the specified change by sending an email notification via Gmail without manual intervention.
